The Office Opportunity
The office project block is bounded by Boren Avenue, Howell Street, Terry Avenue and Olive Way. The project will be composed of approximately 500,000 square feet in a 16-story building. As designed, the project capitalizes on the experience of WSCC’s developer, Pine Street Group (PSG), in developing the Russell Investments Center at Second Avenue and Union Street in downtown Seattle, which is designed with the large, highly efficient floor plans that work well for tenants Chase Bank, Russell Investments and Nordstrom. PSG also applied its retail experience at both Via6 and Pacific Place to the ground floor retail plan for the office project.
