The project team has obtained the Master Use Permits for the Addition project.  Construction for the Addition project started July 2018.

Additional Notification 

Work outside regular hours to be accomplished between 9/17/18 and 9/21/18 will be:
One night during the week of 9/17/18 - 9/21/18 between 1 AM and 4 AM large equipment will be brought onto the site. It will occur only one night during the week and will be finished within the time period. This work will not affect any roadways or sidewalks. 

This is an extra notification that is project specific due to the work being outside of our regular working hours and not listed on the notification 9/12/18.  

Work to be accomplished between 9/21/18 and 9/24/18 will be:  

  • -Vault installation on Olive Way will cause lane restrictions both directions of Boren Ave. Neighbors should expect construction noise and traffic obstruction during this period.

Work site is highlighted on the map below. This will necessitate the following temporary traffic control set-up:

  • Boren Ave being reduced to one lane in each direction between Howell and Olive

Work outside regular hours to be accomplished between 9/21/18 and 9/24/18 will be:

  • Vault installation on Olive Way will cause lane restrictions both directions of Boren Ave. Neighbors should expect construction noise and traffic obstruction during this period.

This is an extra notification that is project specific due to the work being 24 hours a day over the listed period and the regular notification will go out on 9/12/18. The affected roadway is on the below map in red and the regular work-site is in gray.

Work to be accomplished between 9/13/18 and 9/30/18 will be:  

  • Demolition and removal of demolition debris from inside the site
  • Demolition of restaurants on Howell between Terry and 9th Ave 
  • Continued excavation and shoring operations on site
  • Removal of pay stations on Olive between 9th Ave and Boren
  • Collecting backfill for shoring operations in site of old Honda Building
  • Construction of 9th Ave bus ramp

Work site is highlighted on the map below. This will necessitate the following temporary traffic control set-up:

  • Sidewalk closure on the East side of 9th Ave between Howell and Olive
  • Sidewalk closure on the West side of Boren between Howell and Pine
  • 3 year closure of Terry Ave between Howell and Olive 
  • Work will result in Boren Ave being reduced to one lane in each direction between Howell and Olive from 8 PM 9/21 until 6 AM on 9/24/18.
  • Night closure of 2 center lanes of 9th Ave between Howell and Olive
  • Night work on Olive Way will be reduced to one lane between Terry to Boren

Regular Work Hours are from 7 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday. Impact Noise Hours are from 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday - Friday and 9 AM - 5 PM, Saturday - Sunday

Work outside regular hours to be accomplished between 9/13/18 and 9/30/18 will be:

  • Installation of duct bank at 9th Ave and Howell from 8 PM - 6 AM
  • Vault installation on Olive Way will cause lane restrictions from 9/21/18 to 9/24/18, work is 24 hours a day.
