CO-DEVELOPMENT

New Office Development in a Prime Location

Proximity to the transportation hub at Westlake, including light rail, the streetcar network and the Monorail, is a key reason why the Denny Triangle neighborhood has become a sought-after destination.  Add in immediate access to I-5 and you have an excellent location for new office development.

Office Co-Development now owned by Hudson Pacific Properties, Inc.

The office project block is bounded by Boren Avenue, Howell Street, Terry Avenue and Olive Way. The project will be composed of approximately 546,000 square feet in a 16-story building.  As designed, the project capitalizes on the experience of WSCC’s developer, Pine Street Group (PSG), in developing the Russell Investments Center at Second Avenue and Union Street in downtown Seattle, which is designed with the large, highly efficient floor plans that work well for tenants Chase Bank, Russell Investments and Nordstrom.  PSG also applied its retail experience at both Via6 and Pacific Place to the ground floor retail plan for the office project. Hudson Pacific Properties is now under construction on the office co-development.
