CO-DEVELOPMENT

New Residential Development in a Burgeoning Neighborhood

North of the WSCC Addition is the Denny Triangle neighborhood, where new residential, office and hotel development is creating a great place to live, work, shop and play.  Access to both I-5 and the transit hub at Westlake are close at hand, as is the downtown retail core.

The Residential Opportunity

The residential project block is bounded by Olive Way, Terry Avenue, Howell Street and Ninth Avenue. It will have approximately 400 units in a 29-story tower.  As designed, the project capitalizes on the experience of WSCC’s developer, Pine Street Group (PSG), in developing the Via6 apartments at Sixth Avenue and Lenora Street in downtown Seattle.  The project builds on the successful Via6 unit layouts and the groundbreaking approach to active common areas for which Via6 is renowned.  PSG also applied its retail experience at both Via6 and Pacific Place to the ground floor retail plan for the residential project.
