Construction starts on speculative office tower in downtown Seattle
Construction is starting on the 17-story Washington 1000 office tower in Seattle, developer Hudson Pacific Properties said Wednesday. The tower on the site of the former Honda dealership at Boren Avenue and Olive Way, is expected to be done in early 2024.
